Dreamscapes

This series was created during a workshop in 2013. As a starting point, we produced our own handmade papers using the marbling technique with acrylic paints. These organic, fluid surfaces became the foundation for a body of illustrations rooted in dreams.
The concept of the project was to visualize and bring to life the images we had seen in our sleep. To enrich and animate these dreamscapes, we drew inspiration from natural elements such as fish, animals, and plants, creating a poetic connection between the inner world of imagination and the natural environment.
All drawings were executed in black ink, allowing the handmade textures and marbled backgrounds to remain visible. The result is a series of works where dream imagery merges seamlessly with organic forms, reflecting both the fluidity of nature and the subconscious.
