Poster Design

This project was a typographic design exploration focused on the contrast between “good” and “bad” design. I created two opposing posters one with a clear and structured composition to represent a good poster, and another intentionally chaotic and distorted to represent a bad poster.

Both posters were based on a political quote by Donald Trump: “My plan for jobs is to drill baby drill, bring energy down.” The themes of energy, environment, and political tension provided a strong foundation to explore how design can shape meaning and provoke emotional response.

Through this project, I investigated how typography can express power, tension, and disruption, refining my skills in visual hierarchy, composition, and conceptual design. The outcome demonstrates how design can go beyond aesthetics to become a tool for communication and social commentary.
